FanReach Link Tracker Disable?
|
|
I’m having issues with FanReach. A website that I’m working with grabbed my newsletter, copied and pasted it into their newsletter and sent it to their list. We had a problem with rejections, and we believe it may be due to the ReverbNation link tracker. Here is the note I got from their site admin: I noticed that I was getting quite a few rejections, so I investigated further and discovered that all of the rejections were coming from AOL with the message to go to the following url for clarification…. http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554hvub1.html When you go there it tells you that one or more of the links contained in the email that you tried to send were SPAM and therefore the email that you are trying to send is being rejected. The site admin believes that it is the ReverbNation link tracker that is causing the issue because ALL of the links use the domain ReverbNation.com. Is there a way to disable the link tracker? I don’t see that I have access to turn that off as I did with my previous bulk mailer. I’ve since stopped using that email system, and am using ReverbNation because of the many features you provide (the widgets are awesome!). Can you help me here? Thanks! Nadir www.distortedsoul.com |
