i have developed a facebook application in php platform and also i have 7 users for that application.when i submit the application to application directory i have received message ‘submission denied’.

Q1-Could you tell what is the reason ?. Q2-is there any additional steps to submit the application in appication directory ? Q3-i can’t get 7 users NAME who use my facebook application in php by using API Function in php.please tell me how can i get the user names of my application by using API function or any other method ?
