Starting to get alot of favorite tunes in here from bands I have never heard of before,I like many of them,but here are a few that come to mind :Shadows Lie,Revolver,Tattoed Millionaires,La Pick,Yurko(which can be found under cool planet entertainment),neverbetter,,Sender,The Thieves(yea they rock!)Shakermaker,Logan 5,Theory of a deadman,Edison Glass,Flesh,Me Talk Pretty,Clusterhead,Los Lonely boys,Tim Miller,Mindwax,Deadrage,Mal Fry,,Wolfmother.There are a ton of bad ass bands in here!And a ton of great solo artists too!Everyday I can,I check out all the new guys coming in,give em’ a fan,listen to a song or 2.It is amazing how much talent and good stuff is out there!And it’s also amazing how fast reverbnation is getting new bands in!This is very “happening” if you ask me,whole scene rocks!

Hi everybody!Hey,I had an idea….......... Maybe you can get them to do this,I don’t know….......... With Facebook,I have noticed the “Status” thing that says what you are up too,like sleeping,at home ect. The other night I looked for “At band practice” Thought it might be neat to convince the face book people to have things for our reverbnation people like”In Studio”“at band practice”“at a show”,”performing a show”,”at the music store”,”Mixing latest efforts”,”hanging with groupies”,Loading gear,Moving gear,Fixing gear,Kicking amp,Blowing amp,Beating drums,out promoting new show,on the road,at hotel,............ Well,you get the idea,the possibilities are endless….............. Especially with musicians right? Let me know what you think of my idea,I would write to facebook too,but I don’t have their address,and besides,ya’ll are my first love here on the net. Anyway,Thought this would be cute thing for our reverbnation guys on facebook. Hey,let me know,I am also up for promo Ideas that can make us all…...... here it comes….......................... Once again,you guys at reverbnation have created a beautiful thing!This, is killer guys!In my case,it is possible now to link my solo page,and my band’s page to one page,absolutely super! In a way,it completes a circle of interenet services,reverbnation,myspace,facebook.For every musician out there trying to promote,it’s obvious this is the place to be guys.I think this new application is going to take off,like everything else on reverbnation…...Super Ka Boom fellas!Count me in 100%,and I’ll spread the word…...........Great job guys,gonna be the biggest thing in cyberspace very soon I think!Reverbnation Rocks!

Have to dis agree with having the girls,dating,modeling stuff on reverbnation…..........That’s what makes this site cool…..only music…...........myspace has problems mostly due to those services,I don’t think it would be good to let them in….....yes,money wise I can see where it is profitable,but I think it will create too many problems in the long run….............Music,that’s really what it’s all suppossed to be about.

Still trying to understand how this part of reverbnation works,when I called the office there I was told that the little chart in stats that shows “promoter plays” are people that have sent my music out via tun pac….....(little chart thing).I was wondering if when I send out tun pacs of other reverbnation artists,can they see that I have sent them out on that thing and vice versa?So far I have been trying to write to the artists I include to let them know,however if that chart reflects it for them,I guess this is un nessasary?Thanks everyone for all your help,I really have been enjoying networking with all the cool people in reverbnation. Please keep me up-dated on things,I am trying to learn and network quickly and efficiently. I have launched the face book application too,but am still a little confused on how it all works(have’nt had any major baffeling things yet,but I will ask when I do)Not sure how “music feeds” work there yet,and also wondering if you can paste the show schedule widget in there,so far,I just copied and pasted it manually in the notes section.Thanks,everyone!See ya around! Still trying to understand tune pacs,have a couple of questions on this. 1.Can you make a tune pac with other artists in reverbnation to send out to help promote them? 2.can you make a tune pac of different people in the same tune pac?It looks like you can right? 3.still having trouble with playlists too,would like to be able to arrange my favorite songs/artists to play in a playlist,so when I throw my pool partys,all my friends will be able to hear a variety of artists that are on reverbnation.Currently,I just put on one,then come back and put on another ect.it would be cool to mix,scamble them up in a playlist…..I have tryed to figure this out,I don’t know….......probably something real easy I am missing here. Anybody that is sharp on this,please let me know how to do this ok? Reverbnation Rocks! I look forward to hearing from someone on the forum board who knows the answer to my questions! Hi.Figured out how to post banner widgets permantly up on myspace page!Really loving being part of reverbnation,and trying to spread the word.You may allready know how to do this,but if not,this is how I did it.Copy the bands banner widget,go to profile edit mode in myspace,paste it into”People I’d Like to Meet section” then poof!it will be there!I have started posting many widgets,and am hoping to get other bands in reverbnation to post my widget on their myspace too.Thought this was really cool how this worked!I learn something new everyday here on reverbnation,and I am definitely into it!Just got the gravitar thing too (I think) wonder if I will se it when I post this…............Thanks everybody,this whole deal rocks!

Hi ya’ll!First let me say how much I am loving being a part of reverbnation!I think this is a wonderful thing you guys have created! Yesterday,I started to paste banner widgets from different bands from my favorites section,and from my fan section permantly up on my myspace page.I instantly e-mailed Neal to tell him of this and make sure that was allright,well,apparatly that is encouraged by reverbnation,used as another promotional tool.So I am writing into this forum to explain how I did it.(it was simple)Just copy the code for the widget,then paste it into the “People I’d like to meet” section on your profile edit place on your myspace and…...poof!!!!!!!!!! All of you may allready be aware this can be done,but I was excited at the possibilitys of this,and wanted to pass it on…............I am still not sure how some stuff works on reverbnation(still foggy on the tunepac thing)and still not sure how the promoter deal works,but I do thank Scotty for whatever that chart represents.(not sure,)I think that is tune pac send outs?Ok,I won’t clog up the forum board any longer,but I will say in closing,I would like to get in more of these forums,to help promote what reverbnation is doing!
